Arrrgghh!
Thanks; I needed that. Just so you know - and in deference to two old friends, in an effort to stem the tide of harassing fan mail - I'm back. Oh, and in case you were wondering:
- We've moved.
- I've finished the first term at my second job.
- America has covered itself in folly via a baseless war in the Middle East.

So today, in the typical way of coincidence, we stand in the shadow of History. The beginnings of the Jesuit order, in all its dark mystery; the first wisps of NATO, now so disordered and dishonored; and a 35-year-old farewell to Dr. Martin Luther King, who had to die for us to realize that one man's death makes only a tiny ripple in the truth. Injustice continues, and lies are thicker than mud; but still we remember, somehow, and persevere in our stubborn stance against untruth.
Free at last, Dr. King; and thanks.
